Dropshipping Agreement

Welcome to Les Couleurs du Monde. Working with us means clarity, quality and shared responsibility. This Dropshipping Agreement defines the collaboration between your brand and our platform, so that everyone benefits from a smooth and transparent partnership.

By joining as a brand partner, you agree to the terms below.

1. Parties

Hereafter referred to as “LCDM”, “we” or “us”.

The Supplier / Partner
You, the brand offering products via dropshipping on our platform.

Hereafter referred to as “Supplier”, “you” or “your brand”.

2. Our Collaboration

Under this dropshipping model:

• You list your products on www.lescouleursdumonde.com
• LCDM manages sales, payments, customer service and marketing
• You ship orders directly to the end customer

This collaboration is built on trust, efficiency and shared values.

3. Orders & Shipping

• Orders are communicated via email and your seller dashboard
• Orders must be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise agreed
• You use durable, attractive and preferably sustainable packaging

Timely shipping and careful presentation are essential to the customer experience.

4. Pricing & Payment

You set your own retail prices for the products you offer on Les Couleurs du Monde.

For each sale made through the platform, a commission is deducted by LCDM. This commission covers the use of the platform, payment processing, marketing, customer service and technical infrastructure.

LCDM invoices the customer directly. You invoice LCDM periodically for the orders that have been shipped, minus the agreed commission.

Payments are transferred to your bank account within 10 working days.

5. Returns & Claims

• You handle first-line customer support
• In case of incorrect or damaged deliveries, you provide a replacement or refund
• Pre-agreed return terms:
  • Return address is your location
  • You cover return shipping costs

6. Product Information & Brand Content

You provide all necessary product information, including:

• Descriptions, usage instructions and care information
• High-resolution images free of third-party rights
• Products that comply with EU regulations

LCDM may use your content for marketing and communication purposes across its platform and channels.

7. Invoices & Administration

You invoice LCDM only for orders that have been shipped.

Each invoice must include:

• Order references
• Shipping dates

LCDM guarantees timely payment in accordance with this agreement.

8. Confidentiality & Brand Rights

• All shared information (pricing, clients, product details) remains confidential
• You retain full ownership of your brand, logo and content
• LCDM is granted the right to use your brand and content for promotion on its platform and media

9. Duration & Termination

• The partnership begins upon acceptance of these terms
• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice
• In case of breach (for example non-payment, poor quality or reputational risk), LCDM may terminate immediately

10. Legal Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by French law
• Disputes are first addressed through mutual dialogue
• If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with the Court of Draguignan, France

11. Shared Values

LCDM collaborates only with brands that:

• Respect people, animals and the planet
• Are transparent about production and origin
• Commit to quality, sustainability and ethical practices

By accepting these terms, you confirm alignment with our values and vision.
